We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to manage our financial operations as an Accounting Specialist. This role will support the preparation of financial reports, handle daily transaction entries, and assist with audits and compliance tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data by managing month-end close activities, journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting.
  • Deliver high-quality financial reports within set deadlines, utilizing strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger tasks, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily transactions in accordance with GAAP or local accounting standards.
  • Perform regular bank reconciliations, internal audits, and process employee expense reports, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Support compliance with internal policies and external audit requirements, fostering a culture of accountability and transparency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely completion of accounting and finance projects, promoting effective communication and teamwork.
