Job Title: Procurement Specialist

We are seeking an experienced procurement specialist to spearhead our factory procurement with precision and passion.

About the Role:
  • Champion effective sourcing strategies by issuing purchase orders, managing contracts, and overseeing product deliveries to our factories.
  • Assess and select suppliers, negotiating to secure the best terms and foster agreements that ensure value for money and superior quality.
  • Cultivate and strengthen partnerships with suppliers, ensuring high performance, and resolving any challenges that arise.
  • Collaborate closely with various teams to ensure procurement plans align smoothly with our wider business objectives and operational needs.
  • Analyze market trends, evaluate supplier outcomes, and seek out opportunities for cost savings and process enhancements.
Key Qualifications:
  • A proven track record of success in raw material procurement.
  • Strong negotiation skills coupled with sharp analytical abilities and leadership confidence.
  • Exceptional project management skills, capable of juggling multiple tasks and engaging with diverse stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Clear communication skills, facilitating easy collaboration with others.
  • Tech-savviness, with a strong command of procurement tools and Microsoft Office.
  • Proficiency in supply chain management, logistics, and distribution, as well as experience in vendor negotiations.
