Production Operations Manager

This is a senior leadership role overseeing the daily operations of our digital printing facility. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in textile or business administration and excellent leadership skills.

Detailed Job Responsibilities:
  1. We are seeking an experienced professional to work with suppliers to establish quality standards, negotiate prices, and confirm delivery times.
  2. The ideal candidate will develop and monitor production schedules, making adjustments as needed to ensure efficient workflow.
  3. Collaboration with maintenance technicians is required to resolve production hold-ups and minimize downtime.
  4. Successful team players will partner with the in-house design, sales teams, and quality control department to achieve seamless communication and high-quality output.
  5. An ability to identify training needs for production staff and implement effective development programs is essential.
  6. Regular review of work performances to drive improvement and efficiency is necessary.
Key Requirements:
  1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
  2. Proven project management skills with experience leading teams are required.
  3. Strong organizational and planning abilities are essential.
  4. The capacity to work under pressure and meet deadlines is critical.
  5. Proficiency in computer-aided design software is necessary.
  6. Able to think creatively and approach problems from unique angles.
  7. A minimum of 4 years' experience in textile production, preferably in printing and/or finishing of fabrics, is required.
