Sales Operations Manager

Job Summary:

Lead the development of a sales or telemarketing process-driven workflow, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. Oversee follow-up and qualification processes, utilizing data-driven analyses to optimize operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing compensation structures and performance metrics for teams.
  • Coaching telemarketers to persuade customers to purchase products and services.
  • Liaising with the sales department to ensure seamless alignment.
  • Applying data analytics to enhance telesales and telemarketing operations.
  • Maintaining accurate customer contact information in databases.
  • Qualifying leads and scheduling appointments for the sales team.
  • Updating CRM systems with new contacts.
  • Leading telesales or telemarketing teams within tech or software organizations.
  • Evaluating call quality, reducing errors, and monitoring operative performance.
  • Assessing staff performance, identifying training needs, and organizing training sessions.
  • Planning staffing levels, including shifts and staff numbers to meet demand.
  • Analyzing performance statistics and making informed decisions.
  • Collaborating with marketing teams to define and execute campaigns, providing regular conversion updates.
