**Job Description:**

As a highly skilled Automation Coordinator, you will play a vital role in streamlining our processes and driving efficiency across various departments.

We are seeking an individual with a passion for building seamless workflows and optimizing operations. In this role, you will analyze existing processes, identify automation opportunities, and collaborate with department leads to create clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

  • Analyze workflows across Recruitment, Sales, and Customer Success to identify areas for improvement.
  • Document existing processes and create SOPs to ensure clarity and consistency.
  • Design and manage automations using HubSpot Workflows and Zapier to enhance team productivity.
  • Continuously monitor and refine existing automations to improve efficiency and outcomes.

You will also provide organized, reliable administrative assistance to support operations and onboarding tasks.

Maintain up-to-date documentation for all workflows, automations, and SOPs to ensure smooth operation.

**What We're Looking For:**

We require candidates with at least 1 year of experience in automation building and/or lead generation. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills are essential.

The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy, process-driven, and proactive in identifying improvements. Experience with HubSpot and Zapier is preferred but not required.
