Automation Specialist - Process Optimization

We're looking for a skilled automation specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with us and contribute to optimizing our internal processes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Audit and improve internal workflows across Recruitment, Sales, and Customer Success.
  • Build powerful automations using HubSpot Workflows, Zapier, and related tools.
  • Collaborate with department heads to document processes and develop clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Troubleshoot and refine automation logic to reduce inefficiencies and eliminate redundancies.
  • Provide ongoing support to the Operations team by maintaining reliable backend systems.
What We're Looking For:
  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in automation tools, especially HubSpot and Zapier.
  • Experience with lead generation, data mapping, and workflow optimization.
  • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple ongoing projects.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn new tools and techniques.
