Job Title: Assistant Export Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced export specialist to manage all exports of our organization, communicate with new clients, and coordinate with the production department to ensure timely shipments.

The ideal candidate will assist the export manager in preparing export documentation, possess strong communication and presentation skills, be willing to travel internationally for exhibitions, have knowledge of export documentation, be computer literate, and have proficiency in written and spoken English.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage export operations, including coordinating with suppliers and logistics providers
  • Communicate with new and existing clients to understand their requirements and provide excellent customer service
  • Assist the export manager in preparing export documentation, including commercial invoices and shipping certificates
  • Coordinate with the production department to ensure timely shipments
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Knowledge of export documentation and procedures
  • Computer literacy and ability to learn new software systems
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position based in Karachi, Pakistan. The successful candidate will be required to travel internationally for exhibitions and other business-related activities.
