Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, with a focus on policy formulation, recruitment, employee development, and benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • To develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with organizational objectives and promote a positive work environment.
  • To conduct thorough interviews of candidates to ensure a fair and efficient hiring process, ensuring the right fit for the role and the organization.
  • To evaluate employee performance through regular appraisals and probation completion sessions, providing constructive feedback for growth and improvement.
  • To facilitate monthly salary meetings to discuss compensation and benefits, ensuring transparency and fairness.
  • To oversee and review the work of junior HR resources, ensuring they meet performance standards and providing guidance when needed.
  • To monitor team members' performance and motivation in collaboration with team leads and project managers, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance morale and productivity.
  • To handle disciplinary actions through investigation and resolve conflicts or grievances among team members or personnel, maintaining a fair and respectful work environment.
  • To prepare and issue various HR-related documents, including appointments and exit interviews, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • To develop contingency plans and career designs for new joiners and existing workforce, promoting professional development and growth.
  • To coordinate and communicate HR data among team leads, project managers, and top management, ensuring seamless decision-making and informed business decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on policy formulation, recruitment, employee development, and benefits administration.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently on assigned projects and tasks.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other departments.
  • Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
