Job Title: Digital Marketing Professional

Bachelors or Masters in Marketing from a top-tier university is required to excel in this role.

We are currently seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Manager who will be responsible for overseeing all digital marketing campaigns and ensuring the brand's online presence meets brand standards to successfully market products and services.

The key responsibilities include:
  1. Developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing programs across all digital channels including web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns, aligned with brand plans and business priorities.
  2. Collaborating with content marketing and design teams to create suitable content for each stage of a customer's digital journey.
  3. Reviewing and optimizing the design and content of all online assets including the brand's website and social media pages.
  4. Planning and controlling the digital marketing budget by allocating budgets to different channels.
  5. Utilizing A/B testing to optimize digital marketing performance.
  6. Analyzing the results and effectiveness of campaigns to deliver actionable insights with recommendations and generating monthly reports on the digital marketing portfolio.
  7. Working on Search Engine Ranking and conversion rate optimization.
  8. Regularly monitoring user analytics and using these insights to drive strategies to secure sales and improve customer experience.
  9. Ensuring that marketing and communications efforts adhere to agreed timelines and managing expectations with various stakeholders.

The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of prior experience in a similar role with good knowledge of various aspects of digital marketing including SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, marketing automation, and digital marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Tableau.

The individual is expected to have excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with being a creative thinker and problem solver.
