Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Optimization Engineer to lead the performance optimization of our radio network in Lahore, Pakistan.

Main Responsibilities
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators for our radio network to ensure consistent results.
  • Develop technical responses to regional queries and issues related to radio network optimization/planning.
  • Coordinate drive test reports, review data collected by Huawei or their subcontractors, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Support the Regional Manager during technical meetings and contribute to the development of RNO guidelines.
  • Promote optimal network performance through analysis and tuning of BSS features and parameters.
  • Assist with re-homing/cutover and upgrade activities, as well as routine troubleshooting and maintenance.
  • Manage clusters and oversee corresponding engineers, ensuring effective team support.
