Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Network Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in routers, firewalls, wireless solutions, and networking technologies.

Responsibilities:
  • Configure, manage, and troubleshoot firewalls, including VPNs, policies, NAT, UTM, and HA setups.
  • Manage and optimize wireless networks, including SmartZone controllers and AP configurations.
  • Manage Cisco switches and routers, including VLANs, STP, OSPF, EIGRP, ACLs, and QoS settings.
  • Monitor network performance and proactively identify and resolve issues.
  • Ensure network security through continuous updates, patching, and compliance with best practices.
  • Maintain detailed network documentation, including topology diagrams, configurations, and operational procedures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in enterprise networking roles.
  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with:
  • Fortinet firewalls (FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer)
  • Ruckus Wi-Fi technologies (ZoneDirector, SmartZone, APs)
  • Cisco switching and routing (Catalyst, Nexus, ISR/ASR series)
  • Strong understanding of Layer 2/3 protocols, IP subnetting, routing, and switching.
  • Experience with VPN technologies (IPSec, SSL VPNs).
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and documentation skills.
