Content Assurance Professional

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented professional to perform end-to-end quality assurance of educational content and courses before deployment on our Learning Management System (LMS). This role plays a crucial part in ensuring all published material meets high standards of accuracy, consistency, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and validate course content including text, video, quizzes, and downloadable files for deployment on LMS.
  • Perform thorough checks for spelling, grammar, formatting, and instructional quality.
  • Ensure content adheres to brand guidelines, content standards, and tone consistency.
  • Verify that course navigation, links, and media elements function correctly.
  • QA all branding and marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, email content, and ad creatives for accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment.
  • Review new webpage content (landing pages, service pages, blog posts, etc.) before going live to ensure proper formatting, clarity, grammar, and layout.
  • Report and track issues using designated QA tools or communication channels.
  • Collaborate closely with content creators, developers, and designers to resolve issues before deployment.
  • Provide final sign-off for course and content readiness before going live.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in content QA, editing, or instructional design (1-3 years preferred).
  • Strong command of the English language and grammar.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms, CMS systems, or content review workflows is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
  • Basic understanding of QA processes, bug tracking, and reporting.
