Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to customize HubSpot Sales Hub to align with business and sales process requirements.

The ideal candidate will configure custom properties, pipelines, forms, and reports within the Sales Hub to meet business needs.

They will implement automations to streamline sales workflows and processes as required.

Data Migration

Our team is looking for someone who can plan and execute the migration of data from Excel into HubSpot, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the data throughout the process.

Key responsibilities include performing data mapping, cleansing, and validation to ensure a seamless migration.

Automation Design

Design and implement automation workflows within HubSpot to optimize sales funnel efficiency, including automating deal creation, lead assignments, and task management.

The successful candidate will possess basic knowledge of integrating HubSpot with external systems (e.g., ERP, CMS, eCommerce platforms), although this is not required for the current project.

Training and Support

Provide onsite training and documentation to the internal sales team to facilitate smooth adoption of the HubSpot Sales Hub.

Offer post-implementation support within the scope of the contract to resolve any immediate issues.

Job Specification

Key qualifications include:

  • Proven experience with HubSpot Sales Hub implementation and customization.
  • Expertise in data migration from Excel to HubSpot, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing automation workflows within HubSpot to improve sales processes.
  • Basic understanding of API integrations (although integration is not required for this project).
  • Ability to work onsite and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
