As a Sales Team Lead, your primary responsibility will be to drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and promoting our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) solutions to healthcare providers, hospitals, and medical billing companies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in targeted healthcare sectors, including physician groups, clinics, and specialty practices.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline by ensuring continuous flow of qualified leads.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and healthcare regulations to keep the company competitive and relevant.
  • Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and online forums.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Provide feedback from clients and the market to improve service offerings.
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline through prospecting and lead generation.

To excel in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Additionally, 1-3 years of experience in healthcare or RCM industry sales with demonstrated success in managing a sales pipeline is required. Strong experience in lead generation and business development is also necessary.
