About Us

As a product development expert, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process from inception to shipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee product development, manage costing, and negotiate prices with suppliers.
  • Monitor the sampling approval process, handle lab dips, bulk color, and quality submissions, ensuring timely execution.
  • Ensure on-time delivery reporting and follow up on work-in-progress (WIP).
  • Collaborate with buyers and suppliers to maximize customer interest and maintain margin levels.
  • Maintain clear communication with internal and external partners, ensuring vendors/factories schedule inspections and hand over goods on time.
  • Coordinate compliance efforts, including factory corrective action plans and ad-hoc projects related to vendor documentation.
  • Regularly update customers on production and shipment status.
  • Manage operational activities, including proto sample development, costing, production tracking, fabric, and trim development.
  • Communicate order details and requirements to suppliers, ensuring quantity, quality, and delivery dates are met.
  • Implement corrective actions to ensure on-time delivery and oversee production in assigned factories.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Merchandising, or a related field.
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in merchandising, with knowledge of Socks manufacturing.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for product presentation and visual aesthetics.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management abilities, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines, with attention to detail and analytical skills.
