Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to lead our product development and commercialization efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the development and commercialization process of assigned products in collaboration with technical teams.
  • Provide technical expertise to ensure effective transition of design into samples and production, ensuring manufacturability, material selection, material standards, development timeline, and cost are met.
  • Supervise the direct development process between headquarters and external parties, prioritizing create-to-value approach and product integrity.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • University degree in engineering or related fields.
  • Minimum 7+ years of relevant business experience in product engineering, development, and commercialization processes.
  • Experience in pattern engineering, product creation, mold making, grading, materials processing, and costing principles.
  • Creative mindset, strong influencing, presentation, and communication skills.
Key Relationships:
  • Global sourcing: LO manufacturing team, costing, material, planning, product quality, product testing & compliance, E&MI.
  • Global brands: HQ product teams (design, marketing, brand operations).
  • Global operations.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Product engineering, development, and commercialization processes.
  • Manufacturing process, product testing process/evaluation, material types.
  • Ability to read shell patterns, 2D and 3D blueprints, BOM/CBD, FCT, etc.
  • Strong Microsoft office skills.
Requisite Education and Experience:
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
