We are seeking a skilled Procurement Expert with experience in global sourcing and procurement processes to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in procurement and be proficient in developing and implementing global sourcing strategies.
- This role involves identifying potential suppliers, negotiating contracts, and maintaining strong relationships with existing suppliers.
Global Sourcing Strategies: Develop and implement effective global sourcing strategies to ensure reliable and cost-effective procurement of materials and services.
Supplier Management: Identify potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and provide timely support.
Performance Evaluation: Evaluate supplier performance and implement improvement plans as necessary.
Documentation Management: Manage procurement documentation, including purchase orders, contracts, and vendor records.
RequirementsLanguage Skills: English speaking and writing proficiency.
Knowledge and Skills: Strong knowledge of global sourcing strategies and procurement processes. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Market Research: Proficiency in market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities.
Regulatory Compliance: Familiarity with Import and Export regulations and procedures.
Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
