Procurement and Supply Chain Expert

This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in purchasing and supply chain management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing effective procurement strategies, leading cross-functional teams, and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Purchasing Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive purchasing strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Supplier Management: Identify, qualify, and manage a network of reliable suppliers to ensure seamless delivery of goods and services.
  • Cost Analysis and Benchmarking: Conduct thorough cost analysis and benchmarking to optimize procurement spend and drive cost savings.
  • Contract Negotiation and Administration: Negotiate and administer contracts with suppliers, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Invoicing and Payment Processing: Process invoices and payments in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data and provide regular reporting to stakeholders on procurement performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • Hospital Experience: Previous experience working in hospital settings is highly desirable.
  • Purchase Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with purchase software is essential for this role.
  • Negotiation and Business Development Skills: Strong negotiation and business development skills are required to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
