E-commerce Development Professional

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive e-commerce growth in our logistics business. This role requires a skilled professional who can identify and pursue new business opportunities, build strong relationships with clients, and develop strategies to expand our customer base.

About the Job:

  • You will develop and implement e-commerce growth strategies to increase revenue and expand our customer base.
  • You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • You will analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and create proposals that align with clients' business needs.
  • You will present business development reports to senior management and provide recommendations for future growth initiatives.
  • You will take end-to-end ownership of client onboarding process to ensure seamless integration.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop e-commerce growth strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion.
  • Pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals.
  • Built lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience.
  • Present business development reports to senior management.
  • Lead client onboarding process from start to finish.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in logistics with strong B2B sales background.
  • Proven track record of successful business development strategies and sales achievements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong data analysis and decision-making skills.
  • Focused on delivering high-quality service to customers.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and tech-oriented mindset.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
