Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality, individualized nursing care to patients with care needs ranging from basic to complex.
  • Promote patient education and well-being.
  • Design and implement health teaching sessions for patients / families according to their learning need assessment.
  • Prioritize care activities in given assignments as per patient need assessment.
  • Perform hands-on patient care, execute special assignments, and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Provide personalized midwifery care to all assigned patients.
  • Ensure timely, comprehensive, and complete nursing documentation as per divisional protocol/standards.
