Team Lead

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for prioritizing tasks, planning schedules and deliverables to meet project targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prioritize tasks and plan schedules to meet project targets
  • Ensure timely completion of tasks and delivery of all required outputs
  • Investigate and implement optimal system design for enhanced results
  • Analyze requirements to inform system development
  • Design database and application architecture based on customer needs
  • Lay foundation for programming applications by building their core
  • Review code and systems for quality and adherence to standards
  • Maintain records of resource utilization and task assignments
  • Evaluate actual effort against estimated timelines and take corrective action
  • Support colleagues in resolving technical issues
  • Monitor personal performance metrics including bug rates and code quality
  • Report significant milestones to manager
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Team Lead or similar role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices
  • Experience with database and application architecture
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
