We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to lead our technical projects from start to finish.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

This role requires a high level of autonomy, flexibility, and adaptability. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage end-to-end technical projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Collaborate closely with development teams using both React and Django frameworks to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Support projects through the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), following Agile frameworks like Scrum or Kanban.
  • Communicate with clients and team to define project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Track and report on project progress, risks, and roadblocks, providing timely updates.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 2 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager.
  • Must have worked in IT company.
  • Must be fluent in English, as you will be communicating with clients.
  • Solid hands-on experience with both React and Django frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
  • Must manage boards and documentation JIRA, CLICKUP.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Location Requirement:

Candidates must be based in Lahore, as there will be onsite meetings.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Github) and project management tools (e.g., Jira, ClickUp).
  • Have prior experience in managing teams of at least 6 to 7 members.
  • Must know React and Django languages.
