Job Title: Lead Generator
About the Role:We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Lead Generator. This key position involves generating new business opportunities through telephone calls with decision-makers.
Main Responsibilities:
- To generate new business leads by making targeted calls to potential customers from provided data lists.
- To build relationships and qualify leads by gathering information about their needs, interests, and suitability for our products or services.
- To schedule appointments between our sales team and decision-makers.
- To collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads and provide necessary information for successful follow-ups.
- To maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead generation activities and interactions in our CRM system.
- To follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships, answer queries, and provide additional information as needed.
- A proven track record in lead generation, preferably within the telecoms industry or a related field.
- Familiarity with lead generation techniques, tools, and strategies is essential.
- Minimum 2 years experience in the UK lead generator market.
- Excellent verbal communication skills to effectively engage with potential leads, present information persuasively, and establish credibility.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proactive mindset and the ability to work autonomously.
- Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities and limited resources.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage and prioritize leads, track activities, and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
