Job Description: We are seeking a highly knowledgeable and experienced individual to join our team as a Cloud and Cybersecurity Consultant. This role involves working closely with customers to understand their security needs and designing tailored solutions to meet those needs.

As a key member of the presales team, you will provide expert guidance on cybersecurity solutions, helping our clients protect their digital assets while driving sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  2. Customer Engagement: Collaborate with the sales team to assess customer requirements, identify security gaps, and propose appropriate cybersecurity solutions.">
  3. Solution Design & Architecture: Lead the design and architecture of cybersecurity solutions, ensuring they address the customer's unique business and technical requirements.">
  4. Product Demonstrations & Proof of Concepts (PoCs): Conduct engaging product demonstrations and hands-on PoCs to showcase the technical capabilities of our cybersecurity solutions.">
  5. Consultative Selling: Engage in a consultative sales approach, educating prospects on the value and benefits of comprehensive cybersecurity measures.">
  6. Technical Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations and workshops to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, communicating the effectiveness of our cybersecurity products and services.">
  7. RFP/RFI Assistance: Support the sales team by contributing to the creation of technical responses for RFPs and RFIs, demonstrating how our cybersecurity solutions align with the client's needs.">
  8. Threat & Risk Assessments: Help clients assess their cybersecurity risks and vulnerabilities, making recommendations for improvement in areas such as network security, endpoint protection, identity & access management, and data security.">
  9. Industry Expertise: Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and regulatory requirements to provide informed guidance to customers.">
  10. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as Product, Marketing, and Platform team to ensure customer feedback is incorporated into product development and strategy.">

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in the cybersecurity domain, with at least 2-3 years in a similar role around presales, technical consultancy and solutions architecting.">
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with security technologies and platforms such as firewalls, SIEM (Security Information and Event Management), DLP (Data Loss Prevention), XDR (Extended Detection and Response), and intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS).">
  • Cybersecurity Knowledge: Expertise in a range of cybersecurity technologies including platform security, network security, endpoint security, cloud security, identity & access management, threat intelligence, and vulnerability management.">
  • Certifications: Industry-recognized cybersecurity or OEM-specific certifications preferably Fortinet, TrendMicro and Cloudflare.">
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex cybersecurity concepts to both technical and business stakeholders.">
  • Sales Acumen: Ability to work closely with sales teams and support the creation of compelling security proposals and presentations.">
  • Customer-Centric Approach: A customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand and address client challenges, providing valuable solutions and guidance.">
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.">
