Key Responsibilities:
  • We develop a comprehensive digital marketing strategy by analyzing market trends, tracking customer needs, and monitoring competitor activity.
  • We plan, execute, and measure web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • We design and maintain our online presence to engage with customers and drive business growth.
  • We contribute to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that impact campaign performance.
  • We measure and report the success of all digital marketing campaigns and assess their alignment with business objectives.
  • We identify trends and insights, and optimize campaign spend and performance based on data-driven recommendations.
  • We brainstorm innovative growth strategies through digital marketing.
  • We plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests to inform future campaign decisions.
  • We collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • We utilize strong analytical skills to evaluate end-to-end customer journeys across multiple touchpoints.
  • We identify critical conversion points and drop off points, and optimize user funnels to improve overall efficiency.
  • We manage digital marketing operations by scheduling tasks, assigning responsibilities, and tracking progress.
  • We lead and develop digital marketing staff by providing coaching, training, and opportunities for growth and development.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Candidates should demonstrate expertise in leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • Candidates should have experience optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
  • Candidates should have experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
  • Candidates should have solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools.
  • Candidates should have working knowledge of ad serving tools.
  • Candidates should have experience setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on major search engines.
