Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Manager to lead our business development, vendor management, and product innovation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fintech, digital lending, and business strategy, with a proven track record of managing key stakeholders, including Telcos (Jazz, Easypaisa), Credit Bureaus, and 1Link. The role requires a proactive leader who can drive business growth, achieve OKRs, and strengthen our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with key business partners, including Telcos (Jazz, Easypaisa), Credit Bureaus, 1Link, and other fintech stakeholders.
· Negotiate and manage contracts, SLAs, and partnerships to ensure seamless collaboration.
· Identify new business opportunities and revenue streams in the digital lending sector.
· Monitor vendor performance, resolve operational bottlenecks, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
· Define and execute business strategies to achieve company objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
· Drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and portfolio expansion through data-driven decision-making.
· Prepare business performance reports, analyze KPIs, and present insights to senior management.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in a managerial role, within fintech, digital lending, banking, or telecom financial services.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital lending ecosystems.
Network: Established relationships with Jazz, Easypaisa, 1Link, Credit Bureaus, and other fintech players.
Skills:
o Exceptional negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
o Analytical mindset with expertise in business strategy and performance metrics.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and data analytics.
o Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
