Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Sales Coordinator/Officer who can lead daily sales operations, manage customer orders, and analyze sales trends to develop informed forecasts. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, along with proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily sales activities and ensure smooth execution of operational processes.
  • Track sales performance metrics and provide regular updates to the sales team and management.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to resolve operational issues and support customer inquiries.
  • Monitor adherence to sales policies and procedures.
Daily Sales Activities
  • Process and manage customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
  • Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Maintain and update order records in the system to ensure real-time visibility.
Sales Planning
  • Collaborate with the sales team to analyze historical data and market trends to develop informed sales forecasts.
  • Prepare and update sales plans based on seasonal trends, promotions, and inventory levels.
  • Monitor sales targets and assist the team in achieving them by identifying areas for improvement.
Inventory Control
  • Track inventory levels to ensure product availability aligns with sales needs.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams to manage stock replenishment.
  • Communicate inventory constraints to the sales team to manage customer expectations.
System & Payment Management
  • Manage and update Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to ensure data accuracy.
  • Coordinate with the finance team to manage invoicing and payment processes.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments.
  • Track outstanding receivables and follow up with customers for overdue payments.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree required.
  • A minimum of 03 years of experience in import/export documentation and client dealings is necessary.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively are crucial.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in sales and marketing roles, particularly in an international trade environment, is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management is desirable.

Work Details: Full-time employment at our Lahore office.
