Essential Qualifications: Candidates should possess 4-5 years of relevant experience, preferably as a team leader or sales supervisor in the Pharma and Consumer (FMCG) sectors. Strong proficiency in MS Office, effective verbal and written communication skills, and adaptability are also essential.
