Job Overview:
A Senior Business Solutions Architect is responsible for leading the design and implementation of business solutions that align with client expectations and company standards. This key role involves managing stakeholder interactions, guiding team members, and driving continuous improvement in processes and solutions.

About the Role:
As a Senior Business Solutions Architect, you will lead agile project functional team activities during the build phase, ensuring efficient task prioritization, risk anticipation, and accurate effort estimation. You will also engage with clients to confirm customer requirements and align them with company standard capabilities. Additionally, you will identify and address gaps between project requirements and template solution, proposing integrations into core product where feasible.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead agile project functional team activities during the build phase

  • Analyze, design, and propose solutions for individual features or entire modules
  • Write and maintain user stories, blueprints, and other project specifications
  • Maintain clear communication with team members and stakeholders, facilitating a collaborative project environment

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field from a recognized university
  • Certification in Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or similar
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in business analysis, particularly in consumer goods industry with revenue management solutions

Experience:
You should have a proven track record in leading large-scale projects with ability to guide and mentor team members. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with ability to manage stakeholder expectations are essential for success in this role.
