Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled LinkedIn Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to identify, attract, and engage potential clients through LinkedIn.

Your primary focus will be on building relationships with decision-makers and driving leads that convert into business opportunities. To achieve this, you will:

  • Develop and implement tailored LinkedIn-based lead generation campaigns for B2B IT markets.
  • Identify and engage key stakeholders such as CTOs, CIOs, and other decision-makers.
  • Utilize advanced LinkedIn tools (e.g., Sales Navigator) to research, target, and connect with potential clients.
  • Send personalized and professional connection requests and follow-up messages to nurture leads.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to share valuable content (blogs, whitepapers, case studies) that engages prospects.
  • Leverage LinkedIn ads, InMails, and organic posts to boost lead engagement.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in LinkedIn-based lead generation for IT or B2B industries.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn tools (Sales Navigator, Campaign Manager, etc.) with proven numbers to generate warm leads from different geographies.
  • Strong understanding of lead nurturing processes and CRM tools.
  • Exceptional written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and metrics.
