- Customer Experience Design: Define, shape, and implement a comprehensive CX strategy that encompasses all customer interactions.
- Human-Centered Approach: Monitor and assess customer interactions to ensure adherence to the human-centered approach and brand values.
- Relevant Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Demonstrated empathy and customer-centric mindset.
- Strong Team Player: Ability to work effectively within a team and across departments.
- Flexibility and Adaptability: Flexibility to work in evening/night shifts, following EST time majorly.
- Proactive Learning: Proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and adapt.
