Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team in planning, developing, and implementing projects that align with our strategic objectives.

The successful candidate will oversee the design and implementation of engineering projects, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements. They will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop comprehensive project plans and timelines, fostering open communication and cooperation.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead the planning and development efforts for all sites within the organization, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  2. Oversee the design and implementation of engineering projects, guaranteeing compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop comprehensive project plans and timelines.
  4. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project teams.
  5. Conduct feasibility studies, cost estimates, and risk assessments for proposed projects.
  6. Effectively manage project budgets and resources.
  7. Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or delays proactively.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in engineering and project management.
  9. Liaise with regulatory agencies and other relevant stakeholders to ensure compliance.
  10. Promote innovation and process improvement initiatives within the Planning & Development department.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  2. Extensive experience in engineering and project management roles, particularly as a CORP Engineer.
  3. Professional engineering licensure or certification is highly desirable.
  4. Demonstrate proven leadership and team management skills.
  5. Show strong technical expertise in planning, design, and implementation of engineering projects.
  6. Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Display strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  8. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  9. Proficiency in project management software and tools is essential.
