Sales Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to excel in client relationship management, sales strategy development, and negotiation.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying their needs to provide tailored solutions.
  2. Sales Strategy: Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement sales strategies for projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  3. B2B and B2C Sales: Manage sales efforts for both business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) markets, leveraging expertise to drive revenue growth.
  4. Market Analysis: Provide clients with comparative sales information to determine competitive market pricing, enabling informed decisions.
  5. Negotiation Expertise: Facilitate contract negotiations, utilizing negotiation skills to achieve favorable outcomes.
  6. Portfolio Management: Oversee client portfolios, analyzing performance data to suggest investment plans that align with client preferences and budget.
  7. Candidate Identification: Identify potential clients, schedule meetings, and present information about products and services offered, along with custom solutions.
  8. Customer Satisfaction: Conduct surveys to gauge client satisfaction, recommending improvements to enhance overall experience.
  9. Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior team members to ensure the company meets client expectations, driving business growth through collaboration.
  10. New Business Opportunities: Research and pursue new business opportunities, collaborating with the head of sales to maintain relationships with clients.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales management
