Area Performance Enhancement Lead

The Area Performance Enhancement Lead will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion within their designated area. As a key member of our sales operations team, you will develop and implement sales strategies that drive business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve annual business targets
- Maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales initiatives
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics
Requirements:
- A minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in sales and marketing operations
- Proven self-discipline, initiative, leadership ability, and outgoing personality
- Ability to motivate employees to work as a team to ensure sales and service meet appropriate standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the development and implementation of sales policies and procedures
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
