Sales Performance Lead

ContactMonkey is seeking an experienced Product Growth Specialist to join our virtual office. In this role, you will be responsible for driving product sales, developing new business opportunities, and creating and placing promotional material.
Key Accountabilities:- Generate product sales by identifying new business opportunities and cultivating existing relationships.
- Develop and retain new leads by implementing effective sales strategies and providing exceptional customer service.
- Create and place promotional material such as brochures, posters, and social media content to raise awareness about our products and services.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions that meet their needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date administrative records including sales data, customer information, and market trends.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Proven sales experience with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and partners.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
