Job Title: Principal Software Engineer

About the Role:

We're seeking a talented software engineer to design, build and implement high-scale systems across AI, data and network-focused applications.

This is a deeply technical and hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys solving system-level problems and shaping architecture without formal management responsibilities.

You'll collaborate with strong engineers across backend, DevOps and AI teams to bring clarity to technical decisions and contribute directly to production code.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop core backend systems for secure web applications including authentication and access control.
  • Build and integrate AI-powered services using agent workflows, RAG pipelines and semantic search.
  • Implement and scale data processing pipelines for real-time workloads.
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code.
  • Contribute high-quality code and conduct deep technical reviews.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of backend or systems engineering experience.
  • Proficiency in Python, Go, Java or similar backend languages.
  • Experience designing distributed systems using microservices and event-driven architectures.
  • Familiarity with cloud-native development and containers.
  • Exposure to secure system design and API hardening.
  • Understanding of data engineering and AI/ML integrations is a plus.
  • Strong system design skills with the ability to work independently on complex technical challenges.
