Senior Enterprise Sales Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Enterprise Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving strategic partnerships and achieving ambitious sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Expand our work in new areas of clients' businesses through new offerings and services.
  • Originate sales opportunities and take them through to successful closure.
  • Respond to RFPs around specific, approved opportunities.
  • Manage SOWs and provide status updates to clients.
  • Create and manage Account-Based marketing programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align around messaging, event format, and goals.
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN C-LEVEL RELATIONSHIPS ACROSS LINES OF BUSINESS TO GAIN AN UNDERSTANDING OF BUSINESS GOALS, CONCERNS & PRIORITIES WITHIN KEY ACCOUNTS.
  • Partner with extended internal teams to build comprehensive account plans.
  • Identify new accounts and develop new opportunities within existing accounts.
Requirements:
  • MUST HAVE A DEEP INDUSTRY KNOWLEDGE AND BE MOTIVATED, HIGHLY STRUCTURED, AND ORGANIZED.
  • Familiar with Arwen's portfolio of solutions and products. Well-versed on MS Office. Strong account management and relationship-building skills.
  • Reliable, responsible, dependable, and driven to exceed sales plan. Demonstrate reasonable and sound judgment. Ability to manage and deal with decision influencers and makers at customer organizations.
Education, Experience, Licensure, Certification Required:
  • A minimum of 07-10 years of experience in a related field (System Integrator) is required.
  • Candidates with eight or more years of Sales in IT (SI) will have an edge. Previous experience in Account Management or Territory Sales and display an attitude that is key to success.
