Product Development Manager

We're seeking a Product Development Manager to lead the development of our software and AI-powered solutions. This role involves overseeing end-to-end project lifecycles, translating product requirements into actionable tasks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of full-stack architecture, cloud-native systems, and AI/ML tools and frameworks. Experience in software design, UI/UX collaboration, and exposure to real-world AI/ML implementation is also essential.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for software development initiatives and AI-based projects
  • Translate product requirements into actionable tasks, epics, and sprint plans
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create wireframes, workflows, and mockups
  • Guide architectural decisions for scalable software systems (APIs, microservices, cloud-native apps)
  • Coordinate with AI/ML engineers on data pipelines, model integration, and prompt engineering

Technical Skills & Tools:

  • Solid understanding of full-stack architecture and cloud-native systems (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Familiarity with AI/ML tools and frameworks: OpenAI, LangChain, Hugging Face, TensorFlow, PyTorch
  • Working knowledge of API integrations, data pipelines, prompt engineering, and model deployment
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD
  • Strong command of Jira, Confluence, Git, Docker, CI/CD tools

Qualifications:

  • 3–4 years of experience in technical project or product management
  • Experience in software design and UI/UX collaboration
  • Exposure to AI/ML concepts and implementation in real-world projects
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical discipline
