eBay Store Management and Sales Role

This role involves creating, updating, and managing product listings on eBay with accurate descriptions, pricing, and images. Ensuring all product listings are optimized for eBay search is also a key responsibility.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing an eBay store or similar e-commerce platforms, as well as strong knowledge of eBay's rules, listing processes, and best practices.

Responsibilities include processing and fulfilling customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate shipping, and maintaining accurate inventory levels. The candidate should be able to track shipments and update customers on order status as needed.

In addition to these tasks, the successful candidate will be responsible for resolving inventory discrepancies between actual stock and online listings, responding promptly to customer inquiries, and maintaining positive customer feedback and ratings.

A strong understanding of eBay analytics and tools for optimizing listings and performance is essential, as is proficiency in e-commerce software and tools such as Excel and shipping platforms.

The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience in managing an eBay store or similar e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of eBay's rules, listing processes, and best practices.
  • Experience with order fulfillment and inventory management.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
