Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled HR Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Organizational Development, with a strong background in Human Resources.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement Individual and Departmental SMART KPI's.
  • Develop close liaison with stakeholders in the Performance Management System Cycle.
  • Conduct Training Need Analysis and develop Training Plans for Organizational Development.
  • Initiate Job Analysis and Job Evaluation procedure.
  • Provide expertise in developing and implementing the organization's OD strategy aligned with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • MBA/Masters in HR.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Organizational Development.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices.

Work Details:

This is a full-time position, working in person.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month.
