Strategic Organizational Transformation Professional

We are seeking a skilled Organizational Development Specialist to join our team at TheHiringL.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Individual and Departmental SMART KPIs in alignment with the organization's objectives.
• Maintain close liaison with stakeholders throughout the Performance Management System (PMS) Cycle.
• Conduct thorough Training Need Analysis (TNA) and create Training Plans for Organizational Development, addressing personal, professional, and organizational needs.
• Lead the Job Analysis and Job Evaluation procedure to ensure optimal job structures.
• Promote expertise in developing and implementing the organization's Organizational Development strategy, aligning it with the overall business goals.

Requirements:

• MBA or Master's degree in Human Resources.
• A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Organizational Development.
• In-depth knowledge of HR best practices.

Work Arrangements:

• Full-time position.
• Salary: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month.
• On-site work arrangement.
