Job Description

This key individual will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing core brand strategies across the social and digital landscape.

Leveraging digital channels, including web, social media, and search engine marketing, they will drive lead acquisition and engagement.

Responsibilities:
  • Develops comprehensive digital and social media strategies for all current platforms.
  • Crafts compelling social media content that resonates with diverse audiences.
  • Conceptualizes, creates, and implements innovative online media and social marketing programs.
  • Analyzes conversion rates and identifies opportunities for improvement.
  • Leverages expertise to design and manage impactful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Evaluates customer research, market conditions, and competitor data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Stays ahead of the curve by reviewing new technologies and advancements in digital marketing.
  • Advocates for the latest technologies and best practices within the organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Possesses an MBA with a specialization in Marketing or equivalent work experience.
  • Demonstrates exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with creative copywriting experience being a significant asset.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team to meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with various online content management systems.
  • Expertise in managing digital production, project management, and social account monitoring.
  • Nurtures strong relationships with online press channels and executes effective social public relations campaigns.
  • Mastery of digital analytics and media tracking tools.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing solutions, including advertising, web and mobile sites, social media, SEO & SEM, digital media, CRM, e-commerce, technology, and analytics.
  • Experience with online monitoring and measurement platforms, such as Omniture, Facebook Insights, YouTube Insights, Google Analytics, HootSuite, Percolate, Radian6, etc.
  • Excellent written communication skills across various mediums and styles.
  • A solid understanding of ethical search engine optimization techniques.
  • Able to respond quickly and think concisely under pressure.
  • Exhibits flexibility, determination, and enthusiasm.
  • Able to cope well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to handle the job on a 24/7 basis as necessary.
