Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Manager to oversee the quality of our products. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing quality inspectors, conducting visual inspections, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular visual inspections of caps and bottles to ensure they meet quality standards
  • Manage a team of quality inspectors to ensure that all products meet quality requirements
  • Collaborate with the maintenance department to ensure that all equipment is properly calibrated
  • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure consistency and efficiency
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve any quality-related issues

Requirements:

  • Computer proficiency: expertise in using software applications for quality control and data analysis
  • Labor management skills: ability to lead and manage a team of quality inspectors
