Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager

The position requires experience in testing web-based enterprise applications, leading/managing a QA team, and possessing good hands-on experience of automated testing tools.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be a good team player.

About the Role:
  1. Test web-based enterprise applications with a strong focus on quality assurance.
  2. Lead and manage a QA team of more than 10 members.
  3. Develop and maintain automated testing tools.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products.
Key Qualifications:
  • 5+ years experience in testing web-based enterprise applications.
  • 2+ years experience in leading/managing a QA team.
  • Minimum educational qualification is BSCS or equivalent from a reputable university.
  • Good hands-on experience of Win Runner, Load Runner, or any other automated testing tool.
  • Extensive knowledge of ISO and CMM QA processes.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good team player.

This role is based in Lahore, Pakistan, within the Information Technology sector.
