This is an exciting opportunity to join Pccl as a Human Resource Manager at our Plant Site. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures, providing guidance and support to management and staff, and facilitating communication among employees and management within the guidelines of Industrial Relations regulations.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar role, with excellent communication, report writing, and presentation skills. They will also be able to influence at senior level, demonstrate need for change, and be a self-starter with drive to achieve change even when confronted by obstacles.
Responsibilities- Implement HR policies and procedures effectively.
- Provide guidance and support to management and staff.
- Facilitate communication among employees and management.
- Attend to employees' inquiries on compensation & benefits.
- Handle staffing needs at the plant site.
