Job Title: Associate Engineer

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Associate Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for repairing and troubleshooting of UPS, Rectifier, AVR and other equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Repairing and troubleshooting of UPS, Rectifier, AVR and other equipment.
  • Facilitate engineers in conducting site surveys.
  • Assist engineers in designing solutions.
  • Installation and commissioning of different equipment (power).
  • Assist sales in technical discussions and presentations for the customer.
  • On-site and on-call customer support.
  • Resolve customer complaints in coordination with senior team members.
  • Maintain optimal level of spare parts inventory.
  • Efficient utilization of available resources.
  • Documentation of activities for record and future reference.

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of board-level electronics troubleshooting, diagnostics, and good soldering capability.
  • Understanding of Power Systems/UPS repair.
  • Good team player with the ability to lead.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to perform under pressure.
