Job Title: Account Sales Specialist

As a key member of our sales team, the Account Sales Specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, driving service revenue opportunities, and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of our products and services, including pumps, valves, and mechanical seals.
  2. Monitor and report monthly on KPIs, including sales, collections, and order intake.
  3. Build and strengthen customer relationships through regular visits and site attendance to generate RFQs and drive customer satisfaction.
  4. Collaborate with the Sales Account Manager to assist with lead generation, offer submissions, and order intake while collecting receivables and gathering market intelligence.
  5. Establish service contracts and identify service revenue opportunities with the Sales Account Manager.
  6. Take responsibility for specific projects and key account customers as assigned by the Sales Account Manager.
  7. Ensure accurate documentation of RFQs, offers, POs, and other relevant forms in designated portals.
  8. Maintain and update customer opportunities in systems and databases.
  9. Complete administrative tasks such as regional and flash reports, following credit control policies.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field is required. 3-5 years of experience in selling services, spare parts, machinery, or equipment is preferred.

Strong negotiation skills, product/market knowledge, relationship-building, customer retention, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
