Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Executive to drive revenue growth and profit growth.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and marketing, and be able to work independently to identify and pursue new opportunities.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to join our team as a Sales and Marketing Executive. The role involves identifying, qualifying, and developing high-quality sales leads, preparing sales presentations and proposals, and presenting and closing sales.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Identify potential customers through industry and news databases, social media, and community events.
  2. Research and contact prospective businesses using cold calls, networking, and referrals.
  3. Prepare sales materials, including presentations, proposals, and estimates.
  4. Present and close sales, managing and tracking the entire sales cycle from initial contact through contract and closing.
  5. Develop and document prospecting, lead management, and pipeline management processes to meet or exceed revenue targets.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Experience in a sales role, including in-person presentations.
  • Understanding of end-to-end sales processes, including distribution channels.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills (both sales presentations and pitches).
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with distributors & ensure client satisfaction.

Duties & Objectives:

  • Oversee and lead efforts to drive revenue growth and profit growth.
  • Establish and implement marketing and sales strategies.
  • Establish and implement sales & marketing objectives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
