Lead Business Continuity Consultant

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Consultant to help organizations develop robust Business Continuity Management Systems (BCMS).
- Develop comprehensive BCMS frameworks aligned with ISO 22301 standards.
- Conduct thorough Business Impact Analysis (BIA) to identify critical business functions and dependencies.
- Design and implement effective business continuity plans (BCP), disaster recovery (DR) strategies, and response procedures.
- Perform regular BCMS risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
- Support organizations during BCMS certification audits and regulatory assessments.
- Deliver training and awareness programs to clients on BCMS best practices.
- Collaborate with clients to select and implement BCMS tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Riskonnect, RecoveryPlanner, Everbridge, etc.).
- A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or an IT-related field.
- ISO 22301 Lead Implementer / Lead Auditor certification is mandatory.
- CBCP (Certified Business Continuity Professional) is highly desirable.
- 6-8 years of experience in BCMS consulting or related roles.
- Proven expertise in ISO 22301 implementation, BIA, DR planning, and BCMS assessments.
- Familiarity with IT compliance standards such as ISO 27001, COBIT, and NIST.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
- Experience in conducting internal and external audits related to BCMS.
