- Prioritize and execute a proactive sales approach to grow an active portfolio of clients.
- Provide clients with tailored solutions that meet their needs and objectives.
- Maintain high levels of sales and recruiting activity performance on a weekly basis.
- Ensure client satisfaction by following up on their needs and requirements.
- Identify and pursue high-potential contacts and accounts aligned with our platform, creating a strong first impression while building a sales pipeline.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for potential clients, executing marketing and sales strategies.
- Organize and prioritize sales leads, gathering market data before and during customer outreach.
- Able to work collaboratively across various divisions and encourage cross-functional cooperation.
- Effectively identify and resolve complex issues.
- Proven PC skills, alongside excellent oral and written communication abilities.
- Demonstrated ability in competitor sourcing and relationship building.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
- Experience in recruitment for diverse profiles and industries.
- Strong record keeping and database management skills.
